LUPROMAX STAMP-CUT is a highly refined light petroleum oil developed for light duty stamping and blanking operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.It is an inactive, non staining and rapid drying oil with outstanding EP property designed to provide smooth surface finish and longer cutting tool life.

LUPROMAX STAMP-CUT is specially fortified with selected additives to provide good lubricity and protects against rust and corrosion. It is light colour in appearance and has a neutral colour. It is also non-irritating to the skin under normal usage.

Rapid Drying Property

It is important that, after blanking, any oil remaining on the surface of the blanked sheet should evaporate as fast as possible so as to avoid adhesion or sticking of the blanked sheets. Being diluted by a refined petroleum solvent having a high volatility, LUPROMAX STAMP-CUT can make handling of blanked sheets easy. This rapid drying property can also assure the good performance in subsequent welding work for cores as well as eliminate cleaning or degreasing processes after blanking.

LUPROMAX STAMP-CUT can be applied any methods - either drop feed, spray or wiper roll feed. It is used in light pressing and stamping operations including fine blanking of thin gauge metal plates in electronics and precision metal forming industries. It dries quickly and does not leave any oily residue.

LUPROMAX STAMP-CUT is suitable for most light duty stamping operation on both ferrous and non-ferrous metal components. Applicable for non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper, bass etc. Does not cause discolouration to yellow metals and is particularly recommended for stamping where chlorinated stamping oils are not appropriate.
